Kedarkantha Solo Trip

Kedarkantha Solo Trip Yes, you can visit Kedarkantha on your own. Make sure you go on a weekend, as there will be other groups walking to Kedarkantha at the same time. As a result, preparing food and making other plans will be a breeze.

Kedarkantha Trek . I recommend travelling on the weekend since you can trek alone, but spending the night in the camp alone is perilous due to the presence of snow leopards, snow wolves, and other animals.

In December/January, you'll be able to view fresh snow, so dress warmly and wear water-resistant hiking shoes (preferably Quechua).

There is no need to make a reservation because you can simply find a guest house in Sankri. You can plan your trip anytime you wish.

Due to the limited content of JUDA KA TALAB, try to cover Sankri to Kedarkanth in one day (10 km about).

Getting up early in the morning and marching toward the kedarkantha mountain is the most exciting aspect (5 kilometres).

Your attention is pulled to the breathtaking scenery.

The temperature at Base Camp is quite low at night, and you will not be able to get a good night's sleep. Get up at least 3 a.m. on day 2 to make it to the peak by 7 a.m. to see the sunrise. Only bring snacks and water with you and leave your valuables at the tent. There are two little canteens on the way up to the summit where you may get lunch, but don't stay too long or you'll miss the sunrise.

The descend to Sankri takes only a few hours after summiting, depending on how much time you spend taking photos and resting. You should dress warmly and wear at least four layers of clothes, thick gloves, and a windcheat because there will be too much wind at the peak. For a secure hold, remember to use quechua shoes with crampons.
